About Teifi James
My interest in broadcasting started like any other: by watching Blue Peter. I became fully obsessed in 2010 and since then have earned myself a Blue and Silver badge. My journey started there, when I decided I wanted to be a presenter. By high school, drama was my favourite subject and my confidence soared as I found my strongest grades were in oral assessments. During my GCSE's, I learnt sound tech for theatre and events, which then lead me to find Radio Platfform in 2018. Since then my love for sound, music and radio has grown and has become the starting point of my career in broadcasting.
Radio Career
In January of 2018, I enrolled on a six week course with Radio Platfform, and by the end of the year I was offered the job of Welsh Language Development at the station. I produced and presented a fortnightly show called Triongl and took part in running workshops and podcasts with the other presenters.
