Broadcasting From my Bedroom

Having previously worked at Radio Platfform before heading to university, I am not jealous at all of the team currently trying to keep the station going. However they are all doing amazing, so the least I could do is give them content to broadcast.

Being cooped up during lockdown has had an interesting effect on my family. The odd times we are all in the same room are lovely, but ultimately value our alone time. My alone time consists of a lot of editing for university and Radio Platfform, but honestly it’s my new happy place. I have a new show that I’ve dragged my siblings into, along with my old show, and despite not being at uni I am still learning how to improve my radio skills. And on top of all that I get to be home with my family instead of being 200miles away. All in all, we’re doing ok.
